Welcome to Synthesis Training
Synthesis Training is a group of experienced practitioners with different specialisms who provide high quality training and consultancy.
We devise customised training and support packages that make it easy for organisations to:
- Establish and manage new programmes and projects
- Plan and organise events and conferences
- Research issues or needs
- Resolve conflicts and problems
- Set up and facilitate groups, networks and teams
- Train their own trainers and group workers
- Widen community or service user involvement
Our packages include a range of services to support individuals and organisations in maximising the results of consultancy, research and training. We negotiate and customise each package to meet the client's aims and needs, then put a team together with the appropriate experience and skills to deliver it.
